Privacy protection
You want to protect the privacy of your employees? So do we. Thanks to extensive setting options, you can protect them in the best possible way for every type of use - in compliance with Swiss legislation.
Select the different vehicle usage types in the table below to see which data, and for which usage type, is transferred into and displayable within the fleetPro admin portal.
Manage & reserve pool vehicles
Keep track of who has used which pool vehicle, when, for what purpose. Each user can reserve the desired vehicle directly via his smartphone or browser and manage his bookings. The information, including driver assignment, can then be viewed by the fleet manager at trip journal .

GPS tracking & geofencing
Real-time GPS tracking and geofencing not only enable route planning optimization, but also efficient employee coordination.
With the messaging functionality inside the autoSense app, you can always stay in direct contact with your drivers easily and securely. This helps reducing operating costs and processing orders even faster.
Ensure fleet safety
In addition to position data, the autoSense adapter also transmits vehicle status as well as warning and error messages.

Easy logbook management
